We can ship to virtually any address within India. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to military addresses, rural domestic addresses. So we reserve the right to cancel the order, which is not lawful to fulfill. In that case the remitted amount for the cancelled order will be refunded back.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Generally delivery of the ordered products takes 1 to 3 working days within Mumbai, 5 to 8 working days within Maharashtra State and 10 to 12 working days within India, from the date of purchase.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full unit of measurement.

You may return most new, unopened items within 3 days of delivery for a full refund of the product (shipping cost will be deducted). We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Items that are unsealed shall not be eligible for return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Shipping charges / duties and tax if any are nonrefundable.
Refund would be done by Ayurrmart (If applicable). No Payment gateway or Banks will not be responsible for the refund.
Ayurrmart believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
– Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 4 hours of placing an order, if the Order has been submitted / Dispatched to Courier cancellation of the Order will not be considered.

– Refund for the cancellation will be initiated in 3 to 5 working days and will be settled in your account 4 to 6 Working days.
